Hello, there. My name is Ai Hayata. It's nice to meet you.

The Short:

I am a graphic designer that specializes in packaging and traditional print design in the Orange County and Los Angeles area.

The Long:

I was born on the sunny coast of Florida and raised in the equally sunny coast of California and have never seen falling snow.

As long as I can remember art has always been apart of my life and I can't imagine my existence without it. I love all things design and truly love what I do.

I started off in the advertising industry designing print and web materials and by happenstance fell into the packaging industry. I knew the moment I designed my first package 11 years ago that this was my calling and where I wanted my career path to go and my passion has not faded.

I am naturally curious and love learning new things and meeting new people. I firmly believe in being a good design advocate in all aspects of the creative process and enjoy collaborating and creating new art with people from all walks of life.
